Our commitment

insalonskincare.com are committed to providing an outstanding level of service to our customers. We are confident you will find the answers you need below but in the unlikely event that you are unable to, please in the first instance contact us via email.

Delivery

insalonskincare.com will use all reasonable endeavours to despatch your order within 24 - 48 hours. Orders received after 1.00pm will be despatched the next available working day. Orders received either on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be despatched on the next available working day. Should there be a further delay we shall contact you to advise of a delivery date.

For all orders delivered to Mainland England, Wales, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Lowlands the charges are as follows.

  • (UK only) Standard Delivery FREE.
    The delivery times are not guaranteed and are as quoted by the Royal Mail, but may in some cases take longer.
  • (UK only) Special Delivery Next Day £8.50 (Mon-Fri only excludes Saturday)
  • Europe £4.95 + £1.20 per item
  • Rest of the world £5.95 + £3.50 per item

*Please note all parcels will be delivered via The Royal Mail and shall in some cases require a signature on delivery. We cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control.

Large or heavy orders will be despatched via Royal Mail standard parcel service. Please allow 3 - 5 working days for delivery. Larger items may also carry a small surcharge towards postage.

Orders are shipped free within the (UK only) Royal Mail 1st Class service (1 - 3 working days delivery). Free shipping is not available to customers ordering outside of the UK.

Delivery to BFPO (HM forces overseas), Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands and the Isle of Wight are the same as that for the UK. However, the delivery times may take slightly longer.

*Please note that the delivery rates and service levels apply to UK orders ONLY. 

*For delivery outside of the UK please be aware that due to restrictions on parcels containing aerosoles we will not be able to send these via airmail. Surface mail will be used which can take considerable longer to arrive 3 - 12 weeks.

Payment

We accept VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Debit, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Switch and Solo.

We DO NOT currently accept American Express as a payment method. 

Billing details

All payments will be made to beautifullygorgeous.co.uk. Your bank statements and credit card invoices will show payments made to beautifullygorgeous.co.uk.

Please note your payment will be taken as soon as you complete the shopping cart process.

Other ways to pay and order

You can call us on 01202 515050 (9.30am - 5.30pm) Tuesday - Saturday to place orders. However you will need to have registered on the website before we can accept orders over the phone.

Should you wish you may also write to us at insalonskincare.com, c/o Salon1336, 534 Wimborne Road, Winton, Bournemouth, Dorset. BH9 2EX with your order details, enclosing a cheque (made payable to Salon1336), postal order or your credit /debit card details.

Security

We believe that ordering online with insalonskincare.com is completely safe. We are fully confident that no unauthorised person or company can access credit card information entered on our site.

The thawte Trusted Site Seal is a visible, real-time assurance of trust letting you our customer know in an instant that our site is protected by one of the most trusted digital certificate providers on the Web.

During the check-out process you will be able to see that the server address will change from http:// to https:// together with a padlock symbol indicating that any detail given during the check-out process will be fully encrypted. The thawte certificate will also be visible for you to click on should you require authenticity that insalonskincare.com has a valid certificate.

The process of encryption prevents unauthorized individuals from viewing your information as it is securely transmitted over the internet. We keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will be required to re-enter this information. This is the most secure method of handling credit card transactions online. 

Out of stock items

Should an item be out of stock at the time of ordering we shall where possible notify you via email or telephone. Unless we hear that you require your order to be refunded we shall despatch the  items when they return to stock usually within 48-72 hours. If you have placed an order and confirmed next day delivery at the checkout we shall refund your delivery payment with the difference between next day delivery and UK 1st class recorded.

If you wish to cancel the item but it has already been dispatched, you will have to return it following our usual returns procedure in order to receive a refund.

Missing item

Should an item be missing from your order please check  your despatch note to make sure it is not marked to follow. If the item is missing please notify us by completing the necessary details on the contact us page.

If you have in error received an incorrect item then please return it to us and we will send out the correct item immediately.

insalonskincare.com strongly advises customers that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt. insalonskincare.com cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items. On safe receipt of the returned items insalonskincare.com will refund you the delivery costs.

Cancellation and returns

Faulty goods should be returned within 7 working days from receipt (subject to proof of purchase and notification to insalonskincare.com of your intention to return the goods).

In accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended) consumers may also return goods which do not conform to the contract.

You have the right to cancel or return your order / purchase within 7 working days from receipt of the original order / purchase without giving a reason, subject to the goods being unused in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will (at your option) either make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery, refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.

You must contact insalonskincare.com to obtain a return number prior to returning any goods by email via the contact us page. No goods will be accepted without this.

We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss of damage or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions.

insalonskincare.com may cancel any order without further consultation with the customer upon full refund of monies paid, less any expenses incurred where the order has already been despatched.

You are responsible for goods until they are recieved by insalonskincare. It is strongly recommended that you obtain a proof of posting receipt in case your returned products go missing and you need to claim the cost back from the Royal Mail.

You may be charged the full cost of posting the original order to you and any reasonable costs incurred if the order is returned and is not faulty.

Guarantees and Warranties

All guarantees, warranties and assistance from insalonskincare.com are offered in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaint handling procedure

The insalonskincare.com endeavors to respond to complaints within 5 working days. We always endeavor to handle complaints fairly and swiftly. Keeping the customer informed about progress.
